Project Description

This project presents a bold and modern interior concept for DIA Sushi & Poke, designed to elevate the fast-casual dining experience into a sophisticated urban retreat. The design utilizes a dual-level layout to maximize spatial efficiency while creating distinct atmospheres for quick service and relaxed dining.

Key Design Highlights:

• Textural Contrast: The exterior and main counters feature dark, vertical fluted panels that provide a sleek, rhythmic texture, beautifully contrasted by high-end grey marble surfaces.

• Organic Red Accents: Large, suspended red floral installations act as dramatic focal points against the industrial black ceiling, adding a splash of organic color and warmth to the monochromatic base.

• Fluid Lighting Design: A signature feature wall showcases 3D wavy panels integrated with hidden LED strips, creating a sense of movement and “flow” that complements the fresh, coastal nature of the cuisine.

• Integrated Open Kitchen: The ground floor layout is centered around a functional, high-visibility prep area, allowing guests to witness the artistry of sushi making, framed by minimalist industrial lighting.
