Project Description This project presents a light-filled sanctuary that redefines the concept of an open-plan living room. The design emphasizes flow, transparency, and a curated balance of soft curves and crisp architectural lines, creating a space that feels both monumental and welcoming.

Key Design Highlights:

• Circular Social Hub: The layout is anchored by a bespoke semi-circular seating arrangement centered around a large textured circular rug, designed to foster intimacy and easy conversation in a grand setting.

• Integrated Coffee Atelier: A sleek, built-in “Coffee Hub” features vertical fluted cabinetry and warm under-shelf lighting, seamlessly blending hospitality and modern functionality into the primary living space.

• Sculptural Lighting Art: An oversized, foliage-inspired chandelier acts as a floating art piece, casting organic shadows across the expansive white marble flooring and reflective surfaces.

• Cultural Transparency: Large panoramic windows are framed by subtle Mashrabiya-inspired geometric patterns, offering a sophisticated layer of privacy while honoring regional architectural heritage.
