Project Description
This project is a masterclass in architectural restraint and symmetrical beauty. The Alabaster Villa harmonizes modern minimalist lines with neoclassical proportions to create a private residence that exudes both grandeur and serenity.
Key Design Highlights:
-
Symmetrical Grandeur: The façade is defined by a perfectly balanced two-story structure, featuring a central recessed entrance framed by slender columns and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing.
-
Water Artistry: A defining feature of the site is the pair of artisanal water fountains at the main entrance. These features add a sense of movement and tranquility, serving as a majestic focal point for arriving guests.
-
Refined Materiality: The building is finished in a premium cream-toned smooth plaster, accented by frameless glass balustrades that ensure the architecture remains light and airy while maximizing views.
-
Curated Landscaping: The exterior environment is treated as an extension of the home, featuring sculptural trees and neatly framed floral beds that are grounded by a minimalist white stone terrace.
-
Integrated Light Architecture: Strategic recessed lighting under the eaves and balconies emphasizes the building’s crisp edges during twilight hours, transforming the villa into a glowing urban landmark.
