Project Description This project highlights the signature outdoor amenities of the Ayana Residences, designed to provide a resort-level wellness experience within a dense urban context. The “Sky Deck” is a multifunctional leisure platform that bridges the building’s geometric architecture with organic, water-based landscapes.

L-Shaped Social Pool: A temperature-controlled infinity-edge pool serves as the functional heart of the deck, offering residents panoramic city views while acting as a serene architectural centerpiece.

Architectural Timber Decking: Premium wooden-inspired decking is utilized across the platform, providing a warm, tactile contrast to the building’s sleek glass and white plaster facade.

Sun-Submerged Lounging: The pool features integrated shallow-water loungers and private shaded cabanas, strategically positioned to foster a balanced environment of social interaction and private relaxation.

Integrated Biophilic Pockets: Mature trees and sculptural floral planters are built directly into the deck’s layout, softening the architectural lines and providing natural shade for the lounging zones.
