Fit-out is where design intent meets the realities of programme, procurement, coordination, and craftsmanship. We begin by reviewing the approved information, verifying site conditions, defining the scope, and establishing a practical execution plan before mobilisation.
During delivery, architectural finishes, joinery, lighting, and building services must come together in the right sequence. We coordinate specialist trades, samples, mock-ups, procurement, and site activities so that decisions are made early and avoidable clashes are reduced. Required submissions and authority or building-management interfaces are coordinated according to the project scope.
Quality is checked throughout rather than left until the end. Progress is documented, details are reviewed against the approved design, and the project closes with testing, snag resolution, cleaning, and an organised handover.
